Organization data: Organization name, billing details, team member information.

Event data: Event details, guest lists, vendor information, checklists.

Guest data: Names, email addresses, companies, job titles, dietary restrictions, RSVP responses.

Email data: Email content sent through the platform (for governance/audit features).

Usage data: Page views, feature usage, device information (via cookies).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To send transactional emails (verification, billing, notifications)
  • To process payments through Stripe
  • To power AI qualification features (prospect data is sent to AI providers)
  • To send emails from your Gmail on your behalf (when authorized)
  • To provide customer support

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery
  • Google — Gmail API for personal email sends (only with your explicit consent)
  • AI providers — for prospect qualification (contact data only, no full email content)

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days. Audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months for compliance purposes.
