Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aiscent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aiscent is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing curated B2B events, including guest list management, personal email invitations, AI-powered prospect qualification, vendor management, and event operations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Gmail Integration

When you connect your Gmail account, you authorize Aiscent to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API. Emails are sent from your personal address. We do not store email content beyond what is needed for the audit log feature.

8. AI Features

AI qualification uses third-party AI models to evaluate prospects. Results are suggestions and should be reviewed by a human. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI assessments.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
